The fruit for this wine came from the Grampians, Edenhope and Murtoa in Western Victoria and it was matured for 18 months in American Oak. It has a spicy, nutmeg bouquet and subtle chocolate flavours in the middle. Serve it with seared beef fillet or porterhouse!!! compliment, to steamed asparagus with hollandaise sauce.
Grapes grown in Northern Victoria are sourced for this sweet fruit salad flavoured wine which enhances the flavours of Asian food.
